The store manager "Brittany" has been very nice, knowledgable, professional and extremely helpful. - First of all when I was showed where my unit was I was already parked in the front by the rental office side so I could get to my unit. Unfortunately, he directed me to the back of the facility. I said well I guess where I am at I could really go in on this side. It wasn't until I kept stating well I'm alread on this side, he finally said oh well the elevator broke yesterday & it should be fixed next week. I said why didn't you just say that in the first place. Secondly, if only 1 elevator is work for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is there any reason the facility cannot fix it sooner? Then upon talking to tenants cuz everyone had to use the same elevator, it was learned that the elevator had been out for over 2 months. So please get it fixed this is unprofessional. I also asked the staff since it was broken is there was a reason why all the carts weren't in the back and he promptly said well we divided them between the two entrances. I said obviously since you only have one side open can you please bring all the carts to the backside, staff wanted to argue and then said, yeah when I can, I will bring them over. Sorry yet if we are paying for the facility to be up n running properly & you expect us to pay, I am speaking for everyone, we expect the facility to be in working condition so we can all use it. Aside from that it was clean, and my unit was clean as well. One little side note the numbers of the units on the wall by the elevator, were SOOOOOOO small no one could read them. Maybe make it more legible so everyone can read it so you can find your unit. I had friends helping & they tried to locate my unit and could not. Thank you and please please please repair the elevator ASAP

- Overall this is a good Public Storage facility and location. Pros: Rented a unit in less than 30 minutes including viewing of two units on the 1st and 3rd floor, reserving a space online and signing all the paperwork at the counter. Manager Denice is an amazing person. She is very courteous, knowledgable and professional. It was a real pleasure to complete this business transaction with her assistance. Highly recommend. Cons: You need to leave your DL with a front desk rep when using their restroom. Installing push button lock and camera in front of the restroom would make it safer and easier for everyone. Another omission on the part of the management is you need to leave your DL when using their 4-wheeled cart. The difference in working hours of office and access gates makes it very inconvenient. Leaving the carts by the elevator will make the lives of many customers much easier. Office Hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm Sat-Sun 9:30am to 5:00pm Access Hours Mon-Sun 6:00am to 9:00pm

- From the initial call/reservation to leaving the premises after unloading into the storage unit, the entire experience was excellent. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name whom helped me set up the reservation - he was helpful, thorough, and speedy! When I arrived at the facility, lovely Corrine showed me to a unit deep in the recesses of the third floor. It wasn't ideal, but it was going to have to do. She proceeded to make my day 100x better by switching me to a drive-up unit right near the exit gate. Not only was it more easily accessible, but it was larger. Score! She was professional and knowledgeable, but very personable. Overall, my experience was positive and I have 0 complaints. Thanks Corrine - you're awesome!

It's really clean, y'all maintain the bathrooms, carts are available for use if you speak up and ask, parking locations are wide enough that I was able to spin around in a wheel chair for several minutes without hitting a single thing! The staff is really friendly and nice, not to mention pretty. Yes, you're all beautiful. Especially you...you know who you are. Their office also smells nice (might just be the girls perfume). Overall, it's a fantastic location to store your belongings and forget about them for a while.
