- My 10 by 10 storage locker is nice and cool on the bottom floor. Not super convenient to get to but not too bad either. The carts are helpful and have, so far, been readily available. I wish there was a light in the room but I guess I can pick up a battery operated lantern somewhere. The staff has been helpful and friendly. So far, I've had a positive experience.

- I've been a customer at this location even before Public Storage took over. Back then this was Westwood Storage. I miss the small operation you get from a non-corporate company but also happy with the level of professionalism Public storage brought on. More secure, well-staffed and managed... I have to give kudos to John and Vetonio. They're awesome! I had to recently upgrade from a smaller unit to a next size up and Vetonio made that transition very seamless for me. He explained everything thoroughly and processed the paperwork expeditiously. The only hard part about this whole thing was moving my stuff so really there's nothing to complain about! Oh, and I also love that they do courtesy call to remind you if your bill is due to avoid incurring late fees. What's not to love?

- I wasn't real happy the original unit I rented on line said was inside but was not so needed to "upgrade" to an inside unit and had a $10 transfer fee that I think should have been waived. April was great for providing info though. I'm using their new blue tooth unit with wireless access which seems to be hit or miss on the gates but better with access to the unit. Still needs some work though for the additional cost.

- I was very impressed with CubeSmart Self Storage. The facility looks great, is clean & organized and seems to be run like a well-oiled machine. I had the pleasure of being welcomed and walked through the entire process (and multiple units) by the General Manager, Cyrus, whom I must say, was a gentleman and left no stone unturned as he walked me through everything from multiple units to parking/loading areas to paperwork and coverages. I own several storages myself in Texas and am very familiar with the business and the product. That being said, I am quite impressed with this facility and the management. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for self storage.
