We had to access the unit from the door on the other side. There is 1 dolly for everyone to share, so we weren’t able to use it. There is no elevator. I’m dreading the move out.

- I left a 5X10 storage due to an increase two months after my unit was broken into. Precious priceless valuables were stolen and then to increase my fee was tacky, so I left. Cubesmart offered a 10X15 for nearly half of what I was about to pay so I jumped on it. Booking online was easy. The email and text communications were clear and I actually moved in 3 days earlier. When I noticed no one at the storage facility, I called the number posted, someone answered immediately and directed me to the office. I was shown the unit and move in was wast the same day. I highly recommend this location.

- These guys (gals) were really helpful. I needed door to be a certain size and they went out an measured it for me. I lost a metal bracket for the lock, they gave me one. I was able to set my payments to automatic deduct. The location is decent, and the space is safe and clean. Rows are a bit narrow so if someone is parked, it is difficult to get by (have to go around) but this is my only complaint. Lowest prices between the 5 storage in the area. The company SpareFoot is a great rep for the company.

- In 1 month, my motorhome was broken into and my stuff was tossed around. My outside compartments were broken into. My sewer pump and hoses were stolen. My 50 amp power cord was stolen. My fuel line was taken apart to bypass my locking gas cap and most of my fuel was stolen. Obviously there is no security at this place. When I told the front office all they would say is "no one else has reported anything". So all I can do is call the police and my insurance company ($500 deductible). I MOVED OUT IMMEDIATELY!
