- This place is great. Perfect location, good prices and a helpful, friendly manager. The location has only one elevator and stairs that can be only used in an emergency so that's the downside. The upside is the onsite manager John will explain the contract to you clearly and will answer any questions you have. He's professional as well as friendly. Also, half of my unit is at half height so I'm losing a lot of storage capacity and have to kneel down to access the back half of my unit. You can see this wasn't how the unit was initially built. It was reconfigured, most likely to increase the amount of lockers they can rent out.
