- got a reduced intro rate, planned to move out asap before half price runs out. They pro-rated from 1st of month so only got 50% off 45 days. The phone # changed and was not updated online so they were messaging me about an issue and leaving old # also in e-mail. Had to physically go there during office hours and they were like nevermind about the issue. Then a rat ate cellophane in unit and when I was moving out the crumbs got scattered. No broom in building, and only one for the entire facility you have to ask for. They charged me $40 and wanted to charge $100 which is insanity. Also they do not refund any remaining balance. I asked for a broom at the end and the guy didn't even bring it. Screw this place.

My husband and I did not like that the storage unit we were shown had a lot of nails bulging out and we saw that as a safety hazard as well as a potential to damage our things. We ended up renting out the unit and Miguel was kind enough to flatten the nails and remove any other hazards.
