Even though there were two people ahead of me when I arrived, she was very efficient and I didn't have to wait long. When Claudia helped me find my storage unit, she didn't rush me at all, even though I knew she had a lot going on. Honestly, Claudia is the reason I made my choice between three places I looked at that day.
