- Our RV was stolen from this facility. It is gated and has key code access. They have “security” cameras but they only save the footage for 90 days! So that is NO help. They do space checks weekly and saw that my RV had not been in the space for MONTHS but didn’t bother to call me and check? What’s the point of the space check? I’ve been paying for an empty space for months. I filed a police report. We’ll see how Extra Space handles this going forward. Obviously they are not as secure as they claim to be.

- Kevin was fantastic, stayed late until the movers finished unloading the truck. Please be more clear when reserving a unit, the availability and size. I had originally reserved one unit 10x35, and I was told at the day of move that they don't have these kind of units. So I had to use smaller multiple units which made it difficult to arrange the boxes. Again Kevin went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly, very courteous, friendly and professional.
