- Location is everything and I got second floor for one to go up& down the stairs for people who cannot be doing that activity all the time & no elevator. There is not enough dollies for renters. Had to wait a long while. Hours are short so if you live out far it would be hard to get into your storage if you had to work late like for example Friday due to traffic. I live out in LA county. I work later times so I believe the hours should be a little later. That's a negative mark for this location. All in all the site manager was a friendly and helpful about this location.

- I just want to say that this is a wonderful storage unit but the clarity on getting my online price was a little gray and I was disappointed that I was led to believe it was 24-hour access but it is not some locations are I guess but mine is not but the people in the office were wonderful and I appreciate it everything you did for me thank you so much and yes I would recommend.

- Veronica made things very easy for us and explained things that weren't made completely clear. I thought we were told there was an elevator and a way for ME to get up to the second floor (I am an amputee who is in a wheelchair) and Daniel he told me on the phone there was a way for me to get up there. SO, when I found out there was only a stairway I was taken aback to say the least.... But, Veronica worked out a way for us to make it work, and we got our unit. So, all we is well that ends well.... No where does it state the discounts do not apply if you are currently renting a unit. In fact, I would think it would apply as an incentive for repeat business. - If one took the time to evaluate all the public storage offerings in northern Orange County, the facilities that would come up at the top of most people's list are Public Storage. Being the biggest doesn't always translate to being the best in any business segment, but it does apply to Public Storage, especially to the Los Alamitos Public Storage facility at 3752 W. Cerritos Avenue. The Property Manager there, Alex, is a long-time staple and the tenants renting there, including myself, are glad Alex runs a "tight ship" while being knowledgeable, polite, and offering assistance whenever asked. Alex makes certain the facility is always clean and functioning properly (like the light fixtures that provide excellent illumination in all hallways). A key feature of this Public Storage facility that is most important for new upper-level tenants are two very spacious freight elevators that make moving-in quick and easy. And you'll never encounter difficulty parking vehicles, even large trucks, in the ample parking lot. It's easy to rate this place 10 out of 10. ~Bob

- Sarah was wonderful to work with. The paperwork went very smoothly. Just a little hick up with another tenant wanting let in to use the restroom and I didn't do it figured he should have code to get in I think we all should have to use our codes. Got a little hostile and the man on duty wasn't around at the time in the office. Also one cart isn't enough had to wait both times I have brought items to storage. Over all so far so good.
