- I arrived at 9 am to move into my new storage unit. I was really excited to find a 7x10 unit at such an affordable price! Upon my arrival, I saw a sign stating that the location was under construction. This was clear as it looked a bit run down. A sign stated that new tenants (non-tenants without a code for the keypad) should call the office which opened at 9 am. I called twice and left a message as no one answered. Around 9:10 am a man arrived and pulled up behind my uhaul, I explained that I did not have a code and no one was answering the phone. I was going to ask him if he didn't mind punching me in so I could pull in and not block the driveway. I did not however get the opportunity as he proceeded instead to yell at me for not having a code and blocking his way. He cursed me out and I proceeded to back out of the driveway. Turns out he was the office manager who mind you was late for work. Talk about unprofessional. I ended up taking my business to Public Storage next door, they were incredibly friendly and their facilities were impeccably clean!!! Be prepared to deal with nastiness.

- My actual move-in was greatly facilitated by the on-duty rep, a woman named Esther. She was polite, intelligent, patient, clear, and walked me through every part of the process of moving in. Moreover, I found it VERY helpful that she first showed me how to do everything I'd need to do on my own if she weren't there: input my access code, download your app, find a cart to move multiple boxes, use the elevator, open and close the unit door, correctly lock in shut, and so forth. Then she had me do what she'd showed me to do. I've never had better instruction in navigating a new place that I would be periodically visiting. On a score of 1 to 5, I'd give Esther a 10!

- You really can't find a better value. Not only was my storage unit the cheapest I could find but I also got 50% off the first two months rent. If that wasn't enough...they sent 3 guys with a moving truck that moved ALL my stuff from my old house and into the storage unit. I didn't have to pay movers, not did I have to rent a truck and find help lifting heavy furniture. Great deal.

- The office is close to the entrance gate. The paperwork was broke down in very simple ways so that there isn't any misunderstanding. I feel that my belongings and myself are safe while there. One thing that seems a little bit much is the $200 lock in fee they charge when they lock gates exactly at 7:00. But overall they seem professional and vary fair on their rates and late fees.

- I love that this storage is under 5 mins away from where I live and the district manager assisted helped find a storage for me when the front person said the storage that I reserved is gone (even though they sent a confirmation that it has been reserved). I’ve recently moved my stuff and things went smooth except that each time I go to the storage place the garbage in the parking lot is starting to mount. When I come in the gate it’s the first thing to greet me. Inside the storage place too there are random trashes like plastic or paper bags that people leave after they store their stuff. If the facility gets maintained well and both inside and outside of the building are clean I would strongly recommend this place to everyone I know who needs storage space.
