The storage units I found were below standards and I had a hard time finding a decent unit. But I looked a bit outside my area and found this public storage and was pleasantly surprised to find it had everything I wanted.

- After researching various storage locations near my home, I found an online promotion for this facility. Unfortunately, the staff had made an error on the confirmation from their office giving me a smaller unit. When I pointed out the error the manager changed it and proceeded to charge me a higher price. The promotional price of $1.00 first month rent was taken away for this unit (bottom floor) I spoke to two managers, they claimed not to have access to the online promotions and could not give me the online promotion price. One of them suggested I go back online and find another promotion! The problem was not resolved. I cancelled my reservation.
