- The advertised price for the 10x10 that I needed was $116.00. Upon arrival to rent the space, I was told that the $116.00 was an introductory rate and the price may increase to $204.00, which is the actual rate. After asking at what increments would the price increase to $204.00, no one seems to know. The reason I’m unsure about this facility is that the price could potentially go from $116.00 the 1st month to $204.00 the next, because no one’s able to tell me how small or large, gradual or all at once the actual increase in price will be. PS - I was told it depends on the market rate, which I have no idea what that even mean. Does the storage rates increase when the price of gas increase? When the cost of housing increase? How about inflation? No one seems to know what triggers the price increases, which makes me unsure about moving my belongings in, then have to remove them the following month because I can no longer afford to keep them here.

- Due to my cross-border lifestyle I had the pleasure of multiple visits to this facility, dealing with every staff member. This place must have a great manager who knows how to hire and give incentive, because without fail the staff was openly and honestly pleasant, concerned with their customers, and dedicated to details - and they have fun doing it! Big thanks to the tall and most efficient woman who forgets her nametag, and to the knowledgable, beautiful and always smiling Cyndy. Due to my business I have used a lot of storage facilities across Canada and the U.S., and none have come even close to my positive experience here! The facility itself is great, always spotless, and centrally located. Mad props to this location and the team! My only critique: you have a security gate; I urge you to keep it closed. Better safe than sorry.
