- My husband and I had storages before and this one has been the best. The storage facility looks completely clean and you can tell its new. It has many security features. Our storage is indoors and is easy access and it has climate control. To get in through the gate we enter a passcode then we need to enter a passcode again once we’re in the building and last to open the elevator. The elevator only lets us go to our floor and nobody else’s. Even though we have to keep entering our passcode I love the fact that it has all that security and many cameras. The parking they have our big which I consider it a good because you can easily park moving trucks without being in anybody else’s way. Abraham was the person whom helped us at the front desk he gave us a tour of the place and seemed really friendly and was happy to show us around. I most definitely recommend this storage.

- We have a storage unit, primarily to store things we buy at auction in order to resell. Thus requiring frequent visits. The manager 'Jackie' has a training opportunity, that if addressed could improve her overall management skils. A focus on communication and the ability to get others to buy in to the information she is attempting to convey is sorely needed. Without this additional training this facility will continue to breed resentment amongst it's customers which leads to less business growth and certainly doesn't assist with the rash of burglarized units of late. Additionally it should be noted that "doing rounds at your facility" can be perceived as harassment when the manager drives by on her golf cart no less than five times in a 15-20 minute period...no greeting, no verbal exchange of any sort. Nothing but a condescending look. I'm on the verge of taking my business elsewhere as ive witnessed this manager using appropriate behavior and tone with others. If thesed opportunities are not of a training nature then it could be viewed as a manner of profiling, which, of course, is completely unacceptable.

- I had booked a reservation online. When I got there I was interested in looking at other options because I didn't know that my reservation did not include elevator access. I saw 2 other units and the price was more understandable since one had elevator access and the other was on the 1st floor. The receptionist was very helpful suggesting the 1st floor unit since it was a good deal, and it was, but after looking at my reserved unit I knew it was the best deal. The flight of stairs wasn't very high and my unit was the very first one by the stairs. EASY ACCESS! The staff member who showed me the unit was friendly as well.
