- While the facility was clean and adequate, the customer service was absolutely awful. Nobody was in the office (or any nearby office) at the time Public Storage had scheduled me to move in. It took over 2 hours to complete the move in process, including driving to another location and then back to the original location. Communication within the business NEEDS to be improved.

- I was told that if I didn't have homeowners insurance then I would need to purchase insurance from them at $14.00 monthly. I explained that I do have insurance, they said great and waived the $14.00.but while on the phone with them they never once asked me to bring a copy with me on moving day. So I show up on moving day and wasent allowed to move my stuff until they recieved a copy. I explained then why didn't you tell me that over the phone? I couldn't move my stuff in until the next day and not once did they apologize or appear empathetic in any way. Instead the store manager went on to lecture me and bragged about how she carries her policy on her phone at all times. Good grief! Who carries their homeowners insurance in their phone? The only reason I'm using them at this point is because I had a packed Uhaul with nowhere else to go. Zero stars for these folks. So rude, loud, and just all around obnoxious.
