Never once did he not fully answer my questions . Even after I had doubts about the homeless encampment outside the property. I feel confident he will make this a none issue for my rental. - I didn't like the no option to use your own padlock, we use yours or we can't rent the space. If there was no option, you should give the lock for free. Same thing about the insurance, too expensive with no option. It use to be a good place to rent a storage. The place is great, the location is great, it needs some work on keep the place clean
