- This place was so clean and secure. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made sure I was able to get in/out of my storage unit as well as lock it up properly. She actually had me complete a return demonstration to make sure I could do it properly, which was helpful, b/c I would have been stuck otherwise. I've been to other type of storage facilities where they just give you the number and direct you where to go and that's the end of it. Helena walked me all the way to the unit, made sure it was the right size, had me return demonstrate the lock, and helped get through the sign in process seamlessly. I would recommend this storage facility.

- This place is great. Perfect location, good prices and a helpful, friendly manager. The location has only one elevator and stairs that can be only used in an emergency so that's the downside. The upside is the onsite manager John will explain the contract to you clearly and will answer any questions you have. He's professional as well as friendly. The facility is clean and has a lot of parking. Highly recommended

- Love the location! Poor business practice. I called to reserve a 5 x 10 unit 1 hour b4 driving to this location. I was told the unit would be held for the day. Upon my arrival I was informed my unit had been rented. Since I needed immediate accomodations I rented a unit half of the size I desired for a higher cost per month. Bait and switch practices are illegal! EZ storage = EZ ripoff? Waiting for resolution from management. Thank you! Be cautious when dealing with these folks
