- Can't beat the rates for a storage unit. I've shopped around and this was most affordable. The staff made me feel welcomed and answered any questions I had. The paperwork did not take long at all! They sat with me and explained everything very thoroughly. I looked at a storage unit but when I start it to unload my belongings I found that the unit wasn't for me and the staff was very open to giving me another unit that I was more comfortable with. They did not hassle me at all. It showed me they were really there for the customer and really wanted me to feel welcomed. The only drawback I have is the availability of the van. On the website it says that the van is available to use but I did not know you have to reserve it ahead of time. I was unable to use it the day of my move in. Overall, you can't beat storage etc on Topanga!

- I wasn't real happy the original unit I rented on line said was inside but was not so needed to "upgrade" to an inside unit and had a $10 transfer fee that I think should have been waived. April was great for providing info though. I'm using their new blue tooth unit with wireless access which seems to be hit or miss on the gates but better with access to the unit. Still needs some work though for the additional cost.

- I was helped by two wonderful women who saw me struggling to move all my things into my unit. Not only were they polite, very informative, patient, and kind with me. They helped me find my unit and even took the time to come show me exactly where it was at again! (Its a pretty big maze of units) but I felt safe nonetheless. The ladies went above and beyond for me here and I am forever grateful for the kind gesture that they did for me that day. I was going through alot emotionally and they saw that and really actually helped. Thankyou very much and I highly recommend this storage space for everyone :)

But, after renting a 10'X12' unit for $177 a month, I got an email advertising the same unit for $154 and the 50% first month discount was standard. I am troubled by this and hope I can get the reduced rate applied to my account. Otherwise this will be a one month stay. Other than that, love the place.

- Not bad for the price. I was not pleased with the service though since it was their last storage unit of that size I got. I made a reservation to move into a few days after I saw the deal online. Then they called me to tell me that my reservation would not be held if I did not show up earlier then the day I made my reservation for, and threatened they give it to some one else. It had put me in a difficult situation with time. Which is why I made a reservation in the first place. Just beware. If they are afraid to lose a sale of a unit, it will be because of their customer service. But in things that they can't control, like a customer's own situation, you think they would have respect and understanding instead of threatening and pushing the sale on someone. You already had a sale, you did not need to threaten it and push for the sale you were going to get already.
