- While the indoor, air conditioned units are nice, this facility is way too crowded. No matter what time of the day or not we go, there are always so many cars that you can’t pull up to the doors. There is never enough carts, due to the overwhelming amount of other people who are there, so everything takes so much longer, and is inconvenient.The other issue is that you have people who literally camp out there all day. The take up the entire hallway, so even if you find a cart, you can’t bring it to your side. After my free month, I will definitely be leaving. Unless you want to pay the highest rent in the area, have to carry everything in by hand, and fight for parking I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

In particular, Jay, assisted me on several occasions, including following up on my reservations, giving me straightforward driving directions...definitely went above and beyond "great customer service" in the traditional sense of the expression. The storage facility is conveniently located right off the freeway, clean, secure, and my unit is more spacious and clean than I had expected. I'm definitely satisfied with Public Storage all the way around and would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone in need.

Unfortunately, they have only one employee staffing the facility and while they are busy doing their job on the inside, the rental office is locked up with no one to help and no one answering the phone. I waited outside for 30 minutes for someone to unlock the door and help me rent my unit. If they are going to post office hours, then someone should be in the office during those hours. Once inside, the customer service was good and I’m satisfied with my experience.

I also always see him at the facility monitoring, unlocking carts for people who just come through the gates, and seems like just a good hard worker. I also appreciate the easy accessibility of the facility as I can park wherever and it's generally not so crowded that I can get in and get out without any hassles.
