From the first point of contact to the last, every time I called or went in, I was greeted with a smiling face and respect. When I discovered I needed to stay for an extra nine days, Public Storage gave me a pro-rated rate so I only had to pay an additional $60 for those days in a spacious, climate controlled unit that kept my things nice while I focused on finding an apartment.
