Especially during a pandemic it is safe to assume that people are moving because of financial reasons and public storage decides to increase their rates to $211 per month? - I have had a number of spaces at this site over the years and have always been treated very well by all staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very competent. Two areas of relatively minor dissatisfaction: 1) When logged into my account as an existing renter and reserving another space, the confirmation screen unambiguously informed me that I was eligible for the 50% off first-month discount, and I was shown a total price. This price was not honored at the office, though, because I was an existing renter. I will also say that the half-price discounts that are offered on the website as internet-only prices displayed in purple Christmas ball ornaments, do not make it clear that the price is only for the first month. I tried checking everywhere on the website, but was unable to ascertain what the deal actually was. I suspected it was a first-month only price though, so wasn't really surprised when I called to ask -- I was just surprised that the screen confirmation was not accurate in terms of my eligibility/non-eligibility for the special. 2) The $22 admin fee for renting an additional space seems a bit excessive. I've been a good customer for more than five years, and not sure why they need $22 for 10(?) minutes of paperwork.

- I would strongly suggest you use this location if you are considering storage. This location is perfectly located right off the 405 close to my work. The property is clean and well maintained. the staff is phenomenal. Edwin helped me with everything I needed help. He was super friendly and understanding of my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. He took me through all the steps and was so vibrant and friendly. if you need to store, look no more.

- Two things I will highlight are Paola, the awesome property manager and the surprising extra security to access the floor your storage unit is on. You are required to enter your access code to ride the elevator which will only take you to that floor. The biggest negatives are not being able to access your storage unit anytime and not being able to use a dolly before or after the property manage's office hours.

- The ladies upfront were so helpful and understanding. I completed paperwork about 6p with a truck full of stuff and only 45 minutes to unpack it before they closed. Welp, someone was moving out of storage and blocking the only driveway to my unit. I helped the guy move the item out and onto his trailer. He returned the favor and helped me unload the big items on the truck. At 645p one of the lovely attendants came to check on me and asked how much time I needed to finish. She gave me additional 20 minutes and we jammed and unloaded that puppy! I had such a stressful terrible week packing and getting uhual and then storage that she made everything disappear in that moment just by giving me more time. I'm so grateful! Praise the Lord. When I go back and get the 2 ladies' names I'll update this. They need credit!
