- I rented a storage unit at this location before the ownership change and have to say I was very impressed with all of the updates. The office is modern, the facility is extremely clean, and gated. The manager helped me over the phone before I arrived and made sure I got the best rate available when I came to complete the rental in-person. Renting a unit here was completely seamless and fast! Highly recommend!

- Totally pleased with Bobby and Chelsia's customer service at 25709. I really can't understand company policy on transferring storage unit from one person to another. We're a nonprofit, providing donated books to low income children. Prior President requested that unit be taken out of her name and transferred to someone else in the nonprofit., Apparently Public Storage doesn't allow transfers. We had to move out of our existing exterior unit. No other exterior units available so we were offered an interior unit which is much less convenient but cheaper. Having trouble understanding the unreasonable policy. We were willing to move out of the unit, have it assessed and then move back in. Suggestion was not an option. Would suggest that management review this policy an evaluate each situation on its on merits.

- Was able to get the unit advertised and was given a copy of contract for my records. Had already set up everything through the website and was good to move-in. One bad issue is the elevator for the unit is not working and unit is on 2nd floor, was told that elevator service/repair order had been placed.
