- We only went there once; to clear out my mother's storage. When we arrived, Javier was taking a lunch break but came back before the time he specified. He was very courteous and polite, and showed where and opened the outer door to the unit for us. He even helped us throw away the trash. It's really clean, y'all maintain the bathrooms, carts are available for use if you speak up and ask, parking locations are wide enough that I was able to spin around in a wheel chair for several minutes without hitting a single thing! The staff is really friendly and nice, not to mention pretty. Yes, you're all beautiful. Especially you...you know who you are. Their office also smells nice (might just be the girls perfume). Overall, it's a fantastic location to store your belongings and forget about them for a while.

- The price was less than surrounding storage facilities and a good deal. Angel has been very helpful each time we've interacted either by phone or in person. I noticed carts were only in the office, but apparently people steal them,so I understand the process to get one. The only negative: I did not like another customer telling me his unit was broke in and that he felt it was an inside job. I prefer not to know these things personally. I will hope it is a safe place for myself and my belongings. I wouldn't have thought otherwise until he had to tell me his story. So far, so good on my experience. The facility is clean and convenient to pull in and get to your unit.

- I was looking for a 10x15 drive up. My girl and I came to this location because it had a lot of good reviews. Unfortunately, Jatziry didn't have any available at the moment. But she offered to look at other location close by but they where out of our budget. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service. Although, we did not end up renting here I will definitely recommend this storage facility to family and friends.
