Not only did Denise have a great sense of humor, she was very helpful, and answered all my questions. From the time I got to the office, saw my unit, and filed out all the paperwork, less than an hour had transpired. The office was organized and the grounds were well kept. The lighting in the storage unit hallways was quite adequate, and it's easy getting in and out through the security gate. If you need a place to store your stuff, short or long term, this is the place for you.

- Showed up with 2 full trucks 10 minutes before office closed and Adriana(office worker) took her time to go over all rules and regulations for the 2 units I rented. She stayed about 20 minutes after office closed and was all smiles and had great attitude. the whole time. Excellent customer service and asked maintanence woker to put new light bulb in unit before leaving. Prices were good especially the $1 special for first month. Highly recommended!

- First of all when I was showed where my unit was I was already parked in the front by the rental office side so I could get to my unit. Unfortunately, he directed me to the back of the facility. I said well I guess where I am at I could really go in on this side. It wasn't until I kept stating well I'm alread on this side, he finally said oh well the elevator broke yesterday & it should be fixed next week. I said why didn't you just say that in the first place. Secondly, if only 1 elevator is work for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is there any reason the facility cannot fix it sooner? Then upon talking to tenants cuz everyone had to use the same elevator, it was learned that the elevator had been out for over 2 months. So please get it fixed this is unprofessional. I also asked the staff since it was broken is there was a reason why all the carts weren't in the back and he promptly said well we divided them between the two entrances. I said obviously since you only have one side open can you please bring all the carts to the backside, staff wanted to argue and then said, yeah when I can, I will bring them over. Sorry yet if we are paying for the facility to be up n running properly & you expect us to pay, I am speaking for everyone, we expect the facility to be in working condition so we can all use it. Aside from that it was clean, and my unit was clean as well. One little side note the numbers of the units on the wall by the elevator, were SOOOOOOO small no one could read them. Maybe make it more legible so everyone can read it so you can find your unit. I had friends helping & they tried to locate my unit and could not. Thank you and please please please repair the elevator ASAP

My only complaint is that my unit is on the 2nd floor in the corner and there are no lights near it so in order to use it safely I have to have a flashlight 100% of the time. - Scheduled an appointment for 9:45 to rent the unit. Due to the nature of my job I can only pay cash, so I needed to fill out the rental agreement for the unit in person. I arrived promptly and on time, only to have to wait over an hour for an employee to show up and open the front office. Once open, I mentioned to the employee I was paying cash and then had to be redirected out front again so they could open the safe. Understandable and fine but 20 minutes to do that? Once inside, we started the rental agreement. When asked for identification they were unable to confirm my drivers license number (out of state) because they didn't know how to select a different state on their operating system. Rather than calling someone to troubleshoot this issue, they frustratingly tried telling me that they couldn't complete the application on their end because there was "nothing they could do". Waiting patiently through two attempts to persuade me out the door, they finally figured it out. The customer service of this place is at the very bottom of the totem pole. Just absurd to me from a customer stand point but also a business stand point that someone would lose out on a rental instead of reaching out to someone to help diagnose the issue at hand. I finished my rental agreement and was directed to the unit. The unit was clean and as described.
