- After easily reserving my space online, I received a call from one of the companies VERY pleasant and humorous employees. She and I went over my contract over the phone. She was prompt and professional at all times. The contract signed with "docu-sign" through my email. She gave me precise step-by-step directions on how to enter, where my unit was located, how to open and close, where the restrooms were located and how to exit. Easy as 1-2-3! Give them a try. - First let me begin by saying that this isn't the same company that was there the previous year, Oscar told me they'd taken over from the previous owners and, from what I've seen, they've really done a job. I rented here from the beginning of February until about the first week of April as I had an overlap between rentals. I worked mostly with Oscar who didn't pressure me during the initial tour and personally helped prepare my unit for me because it wasn't ready at the time and he hit the deadline no problem. Oscar and his staff were incredibly helpful and always friendly and welcoming and even helped me to save money a couple times. I would never hesitate to go back even if it was just to talk to Oscar. They are all very cool and welcoming to be around. All in all a five-star worthy experience.
