- So this is a storage facility, not the Hyatt Regency. Having said that, my check-in experience was hit and miss. I had been told I could let my movers start moving my stuff in while I did paperwork (I had gone a few days earlier to do it, and was told I had to wait until moving day.) Okay. So I verified that I would not have to stand there filling out paperwork while paying movers $114 to sit in their truck. That's not what happened, so I ended up paying more for my move than I had budgeted. Then I found out I needed to bring my own lock, which I wasn't told ahead of time and did not know about. Conveniently, they happen to sell them there. The employee I worked with was very nice and helpful, and sympathetic to my lost time and money, and called me later to reach a resolution. He was new, and I do feel that he did his best. It's just frustrating to be told one thing and then have something different happen, on Moving Day, when you are already tired and stressed. Having said all this, the prices are reasonable considering it's a place to store your junk!
