- Everything went well. The storage was a perfect fit. And I even ended up getting the unit for the promotion of $1 for the 1st month when they orginally gave me 50% off, so that was a plus. A negative was after signing everything they called me the next day stating I had to return to sign the contract. That was an inconvenience. Also they have a bird nesting above the stairs where my unit is and there is bird droppings all over the stairs and that's just unsanitary. Other then those two things everything else was good.

- Update: location is still under construction but for the most part it's been well maintained and the gate is working. Thank you Susan for being so helpful. My mother rented a space at this location. Customer service was the best. Susan the manager is the sweetest person, she was very patient and caring. My mom had been feeling ill so she was a little slow on waking but Susan was amazing making my mom comfortable and trying to make her laugh. About a week later she called to see how the storage worked out. I let her know it was perfect. She then asked how my mother was doing..... I was really surprised she asked, most people will go about there business. Thank you Susan for being such a beautiful person.

- I got there almost at closing and they told me where my unit was but forgot to unlock it for me. And by the time I got stuff down from truck and to unit the office was closed so wasn't able to store my stuff and ended up having to keep in the truck rental and paying extra day for the truck smh only thing i didnt like since it was not my fault but theirs on not unlocking my unit, but as far as the place it's a new facility everything is clean and nice they give you a code and have to punch it in on every door and elevator its a little time consuming but there than that I like the code instead of a key

He went above and beyond my expectations in order to meet my needs regarding the storage unit. In a day and age where good customer service seems to be declining. He made a great difference.
