- The place is great, very secure, and the personnel very nice. There should not be, however, any problems with the elevators. I shouldn't have to tweak it so I can use it. Instructions are put in the code, rush on to the elevator, and wait for the door to close before pushing the floor level button, but if you don't let the door shut, and there's beeping, you have to get out of the elevator and do it all over again.

- Kept items in a storage unit there for just over a year until I moved into an apt suitable for all my belongings. This was my first experience ever having to rent a storage unit so I having nothing to compare my experience to, but I imagine that my stay at this location with Ed & Jenny will be very very hard to top! No issues in my storage unit at all; didnt see any insects or have any foul smells. The facility is in great shape and I felt secure with my belongings there especially with Ed & Jenny keeping an eye on the property at all times. They truly care about their customers needs and seem to establish great relationships with everyone there.I looked forward to going there from time to time because of them, and anyone i went there with also felt the same way :)

The carts are free from locks to use, as soon as you walk in the building, equidistant to entrance and elevator. Good lighting, slightly uneven floors, so dont stack carts too high or wide. Tyler was very pleasant to work with, which helped immensely to neutralize cons of this place.

- I like the manager at the Burlingame location. She is the only reason I do not use Extra Storage. Lee ho! Otherwise, my new experience is good. Old one is terrible. Your older facility next to 1811 Adrian road is in horrible condition. Doors don't work, outer doors are busted, no one ever cared for the 6 years I was there. Tons of crime and theft. Lee Ho cared but she could not help me. Plus the price gouging!! I may downsize again at the end of my 1 year contract cause you guys just keep raising rents. Move to your competitors. I will not accept being rip-off again. If that's what it takes. I find Public Storage Corporate to be a bunch of non-caring capitalists. Cheers to you!

I can understand not having access to data from another location, but having to complete all of the paperwork for a second locker at the same site is wasteful and the process needs streamlining.
