Also I was hoping to move into a larger unit without having to pay all of the move in fees all over again plus a complete extra month on a unit I would no longer need. - I rented a 2nd floor space on July 11th. I was told that the elevator in that building would be out of service in a few weeks. I called today (July 22) to confirm that it was still working but it isn't. I have 1 desk - not heavy but too large for me to carry upstairs by myself. I asked if anyone there could help me with just this one item but was told I would have to hire a day laborer. I don't want to hire a stranger off the street to help me with putting something into my personal storage. I find this service unacceptable - it would take one of your employees 60 seconds or less to assist with this. I will never rent a space at your company again and will be sure to share this experience with others.

- Everything at this location is fine except the the lighting. I noticed lighting in certain rows but unfortunately the row that I've been assigned to has lighting that does not work. With the time change, it can get very dark, very early. When I asked an employee, he stated that they will be fixed sometime in the future. I feel that not only does this cause a security and safety issue, but makes it harder to load or unload stuff into or from my storage unit. I hope this matter is resolved quickly. I also think since the gate hours are til 9pm, there should be some type of lighting inside storage units as well. Otherwise everything else is good. Thank you

Jeanette was reassuring that everything was clean and safe. The office was clean and inviting and Jeanette was so quick and efficient when processing my paperwork that I was out there within 30 minutes!
