- Upon going to Prime I was met by a lady named Pam that was very courteous, efficient and professional. I thought surely she was the Manager! Upon meeting the real female manager; I noticed her obvious disdain for an elderly customer that had mental issues. That was after she was done goofing off with a male counter part. I was shown by another customer that this manager went into my storage unit on two different occasions! My unit was paid up to date. There was nothing in that unit illegal or illicit. Persian rugs, speakers etc. being an Army veteran I have had several storage units. I called upper management, and they were very complacent. No problem I moved.

I picked up my lock and dropped off my papers at the office , but also could of done it all No contact just as easily as the manager explained over the phone . Unit is super clean! Way cheaper and larger than other units in the south Scottsdale area. And I even had a welcome bag and goodies inside when I opened the unit door! Also the manager is super friendly and knowledgeable which is a huge plus , ( I work as a District Manager in the apparel retail field so that’s a deal sealer , or breaker for me )
