- Overall happy. I received a call today about a pro rated amount due in May. We opened our storage April 30th. The manager advised on phone today that May has 31 days so if we have unit still by May 29th we will owe pro rated amount of $10.13. This was Not advised to us at check in and I feel the prorated amount $10.13 is pretty steep for 1 extra day not to mention April 30th -May 30th is 30 days NOT April 30th to May 29th. Someone needs to learn their math. Good thing we will be out well before then.
