Organizationally, registering first with SpareFoot and then do just about the same with Extra Space Storage seemed redundant. I would have thought that the SpareFoot information would have been sent to the ESS site with the referral. Organizationally again, I see lack of continuity is the Extra Space Storage sites. I am an Extra Space Storage customer in another state. I would of thought that my customer status would be accessible at any site of the ESS network. I do not feel it is justifiable to charge to establish another account and charge me the $30 for set up.

- I love Public storage specially at this location, 101 & Shea. I set everything up online scheduled my appointment arrived and met Anna for checkin. She was amazing so nice and had an answer to all my questions. It only took a few minutes I got my keys to my unit was very clean and I was ready to move in that day. - This is the best deal that I could find during my search for a storage unit... There are definitely a lot of benefits of getting a unit here.. They are reasonably priced for the large units. Good Security. Office Manager was nice.. There were only two things that weren't my favorite. The fact that the whole office closes during lunch, with no warning of it until you get to the office to see the sign. Also, you have to have a specific lock that ends up costing you about $20 for itself... I recommend this place.
