- I got set up online & I was very happy with the customer service. I paid for my unit and I’ve been trying for a week to get my access code so I can move in. The manager is never there and it’s been a week and still u haven’t moved anything in so I went in today and still no one was there but the maintenance man who helped as much as he could. I asked for my money back and I was told I would have to come back when someone was there and it would have to be approved by the general manager. This is very unprofessional and bad business.
