- I went online and reserved this unit. Then I called the storage place and paid for they gave me MyGate code the next day when I got there to go into the gate. I was locked out. It wouldn't accept my gate code. So then I have to get on the phone for about a 1/2 an hour in order. I got everything eloaded and I was leaving. The gate decides to close on my trailer. Jacked up my trailer. I'm sure jacked up the fence. It was a bad experience moving in. Just saying
