- After hours customer service is rotten. I could not open the gate with my code due to equipment not working properly. If l was caught on the inside of the gate - WHAT WOULD YOU DO TO HELP!!! In my case it will cost me $290.00 to have my stuff brought back on Tuesday mourning. I believe Downtown storage should be paying for this extra charge since it was your fault.!!!!
