When we got here, someone was in our spot and it took awhile to get us into an available spot because of our size. The numbering system for vehicles is also really bizarre. - They helped us pick the exact trailer needed for carrying stuff to a wedding (5x8 WITH BARN DOORS) 6 weeks in advance. When we showed up to pick it up they did not have it in stock. Why are reservations even a thing if they are not going to have the trailer when we need it? On top of that, the man who went to see if they had what we reserved acted angry that we needed that specific type of trailer.
