There needs to be a one cart per customer policy--twice I've found all carts in use by one person or family, some loaded but unattended while they've taken one cart up to their space. Annoying.

Chris was very professional and helpful. However, after talking to my mother I realized the unit I rented was too small to hold all of her stuff and panic set in. Anyway I went back to the office and explained my situation to Dana. She was very kind and understanding and transferred the rental to a 10x10 and resolved the matter within minutes, She was very helpful and literally MADE MY DAY.
