- Reserving the unit was very easy. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. Only negative is that the unit was advertised at $29 which is why we picked it. Upon arriving, unit is $29 BUT you have to pay $18 extra dollars a month for insurance. Unit was also advertised as first month free BUT you still have to pay the $18 insurance the first month AND a $29 admin fee the first month so not really free at all lol. Overall, it is still a nice unit and clean facility.

- We used this facility to store furniture for a few months. My son went to pick up the items out of the unit and he put a couple of old mattresses by the dumpster, there were several other items of furniture had been placed already. Understandably the woman at the facility called my mom and said that we need to remove those items. My son drove an hour back to the facility and removed the mattresses he had put there. It wasn’t long til my mom got a call from the woman at the facility saying we left the other items there. My mom tried to explain that the other items were not ours, and pretty much got talked over and blessed out by the woman. I tried to call the woman and explain the situation to her. She didn’t answer the phone. Shortly afterwards my 75 yr old mother gets charged $75 on her card for not cleaning up other people’s junk. I’ve used public storage in other places and got good service. Apparently management of a storage facility is more than this woman can handle. Sadly unprofessional.

She was able to get moved out of her dorm and all items stored quickly and easily. Now she won’t have to haul items long distance to and from while we wait to see what the future holds.
