- I went over to Public Storage to get pricing & other info on a day it was pouring rain. The store rep didn't hesitate to take me around and show me the units in the rain; I had to go that day to get a storage unit so i could move the next day. I spoke with Carolyn and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. If there was more than a 5 star rating, i would rate her @ the highest one. If you need a storage unit, in a awesome, centralized location, go here. Staff is Excellent and they will help/work with you anyway they can you make sure you find exactly what you need. Don't think about it, just go there!

- I was warned not to use Public Storage. I rented a 10x10 unit. I thought I knew best how to choose. I was certainly wrong. Nothing beats experience. I would have movers transfer my property today but its freezing and raining. I was provided a number for the district manager but after three messages left for her, I finally realized that's an exercise in futility. When trying to communicate with some woman I could not understand Lord knows where she advised me that the bottom line was risk of having my property auctioned. Im not behind on rent..this month's rental fee is paid. The rental fee did jump way up after the original agreement. I'll give the same good advice I received...don't rent there......Pay attention or don't. I didn't. The unit I rented is on Leeman Ferry Rd, Huntsville, Alabama. The people who work there are nice folks but have no control the company or that district manager.
