- This place provides carts for loading and unloading and they are a life saver. Great customer service. Very clean and bright facilities. My pad lock battery died one day and I was in a pinch, the gentleman working in the front office loaned me a lock for a few hours and it was a huge help! There is an area to load/ unload that is protected from the weather.

- I had two storage units in this facility. They increased the price on both of them within about six months. I turned in my smaller unit and kept the bigger climate-controlled unit. They increased the price of it again by $24. Two price increases in one year. I will be turning in my second unit shortly. Not fair to customers with longevity. Would not recommend.

- We were charged the prorated month of June (17 days) based on the full price of the unit ($184). I brought this to the attention of the office personnel and they stated that the discount was only good for 3 months. They asked me how long we planned on renting the unit and I told them at least a year or two. So instead of giving us the prorated price at the discount price she told me that she would give us the discount for 12 months if that was ok. I agreed to it, but was not told by Sparefoot that the discount was only good for 3 months.
