How It Works
Please Note: Submissions not following our guidelines will be automatically declined without explanation
Each Mover is subject to review and approval by MoversCorp.com. Completing the registration form and company profile does not guarantee that your company will be approved. And if you follow the instructions below, it is not all that difficult to get approved. If your company is approved, you will be notified through email within seven business days of submittal.
Set Up Your Account

Confirm your email address.

Describe your company and services it provides. Service providers that list services with a truck, must comply with their state's regulations. If you offer a moving service with a truck, please provide your business license/DOT# information for validation, otherwise your account will be automatically declined.
- For full service moves, add the truck sizes that your Company provides.

Select your service area. You may add more than one county and select appropriate fuel and travel charge, as appropriate, for each county.

Enter your hourly rates. Note: Do Not Enter your hourly rates in the “with a truck” column if you are not authorized to provide this service.

Enter your hours and days of operations.

Enter your credit card information. Please note: there are no monthly or sign up fees.

Select the type of payments you accept for your services.
Job Notification
When your service is booked, you will get an automatic email from MoversCorp.com which will include the customer information and job details. Another email will be sent to the customer which will include your information such as phone number, email address and physical address.
Payments

MoversCorp.com will be charging 13% fee of the total reserved amount on all booked jobs. The fee will be automatically deducted from a credit card in a Mover’s profile when customer completes the order.

If your bank declines the transaction (Moverscorp.com’s fee) for any reason, the customer will still be able to make a reservation. However, the Mover account will be deactivated until MoversCorp.com’s fee is paid.

It is Mover’s responsibility to collect the full amount from a customer upon completion of the move. MoversCorp.com will not be processing payments for Movers.

Provide customers with a service receipt.

If the reservation is canceled either by Mover or Customer the 13% fee be will be refunded back to Mover.
- Movers with delinquent payment history will be removed from our search results.
Reviews and Rating
For each Moverscorp.com transaction, Customer is allowed to review and rate the Mover by leaving personal feedback. Feedback scores are based on the following 4 criteria; communication, performance, promptness and overall. Feedback scores are used to calculate rankings under various parts of the website. You may respond to any review within 2 weeks of receiving it.
How to Get More Jobs

Provide descriptive information about your company. Make sure to provide well-written and friendly description of your business and services.

Contact customers within 24 hours of receiving the job notification to discuss the details.

Contact customers the day before to confirm an appointment.

Be on time and provide 5-star service. Make sure your customers are happy after the job is completed.

Ask your customers to review your services. This is one of the main factors to get more customers.
Additional Tips
Manage your calendar. Block the dates that you are not available. The cancellations initiated by Mover will affect Mover’s ranking on Moverscorp.com. Two or more cancellations in a row will deactivate Mover account. High number of cancellations and no-shows will also be subject to deactivation from MoversCorp.com
